Privacy Policy
NERODI collects as little as possible — just enough to send you the resources you asked for and to enter you in the Nerodi Kit giveaway. This page explains exactly what we keep, where, and for how long.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into the registration form. We do not buy lists or obtain your details from third parties.
- Email address — required. It is the only way we send you the resources.
- Your consent — required. Without it we do not save the registration.
- First and last name — optional.
- Cell phone number — optional.
- How many children live in your home and their age ranges — optional.
- Which topics interest you (finances, home, school, parenting, entrepreneurship, Bible studies) — optional.
- The language you chose and the date and time of the registration.
Every optional field can be passed over with the “Skip” button and the form will still submit. If you would rather give us only your email, that is enough.
About your children's information
The form asks how many children live in your home and their age ranges, because that helps us send resources that are actually useful to your family. You answer that as a parent or guardian: we do not ask for names, birth dates, or anything that identifies a child, and we do not collect information directly from children. The form is intended for adults.
What we use it for
- Sending you the Nerodi Family Calendar, the Nerodi Newsletter, and other free resources.
- Entering you in the Nerodi Kit giveaway and contacting you if you win.
- Understanding which topics matter most to the families who follow us, so we know what to publish.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Where it is stored
Registrations are stored in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet (Google LLC), accessible only to the NERODI team. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which — like any web server — keeps temporary technical logs of requests, including IP addresses. Both companies are based in the United States, which is also where we operate.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, and no social media buttons that track you. We do not use Google Analytics or anything like it. Fonts are served from our own domain, so loading the page does not tell anyone else that you were here. That is why you will not see a cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration for as long as you stay subscribed to our mailings. If you ask us to delete it, we remove it from the registration sheet within 30 days.
Your rights
Email us at info@nerodi.org and you can ask, free of charge, for:
- A copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction of anything that is wrong.
- Deletion of your registration entirely.
- An end to our emails. Every email we send also includes an unsubscribe link.
We will respond within 30 days. You do not need to explain why you are asking.
Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the date above.
